Hybrid Valve Inspection Technology (HVIT)
Hybrid Valve Inspection Technology (HVIT) integrates multiple non-destructive testing techniques to assess valve integrity without dismantling. It provides accurate detection of internal leakage, seat wear, and structural anomalies while the valve remains in service.
This solution is particularly valuable for oil & gas, petrochemical plants, power generation, and process industries, where valve reliability is critical to operational safety and efficiency.

Site Measurement
Initial on-site inspection and data collection are carried out to assess valve condition, identify critical areas, and ensure accurate setup for the Hybrid Valve Inspection Technology (HVIT) process.
Valve Passing Technique
The valve passing inspection uses an acoustic valve passing transducer to evaluate internal valve performance, detect leakage indications, and assess valve sealing condition during operation.

Hardness Testing
Hardness testing is performed to evaluate the material condition and surface integrity of the valve components, helping identify possible material degradation or abnormal wear.
Metal Magnetic Memory (MMM)
Metal Magnetic Memory inspection detects stress concentration, fatigue, and early-stage defects by analyzing magnetic leakage signals on the valve surface before failure occurs.
